Our work meets people where life really happens—then connects individual support to a stronger community system of care.

Sometimes one practical resource can open the next door.

Meet the Need

Help for the barrier right in front of you.

People find themselves in need for many reasons. Sometimes a blanket, a winter coat, a few grocery items, or reliable transportation makes the difference between standing still and moving forward.

Meet the Need serves Waupaca County and surrounding rural Central Wisconsin. Support is available to community members whether or not they live at the Resiliency Center.

  • Bedding and household essentials
  • Hygiene and feminine-care products
  • Clothing and Bridge Thrift Store vouchers
  • Food, transportation help, and community referrals

Community Resiliency Initiative

Wrap-around care built for rural communities.

The Community Resiliency Initiative connects nonprofits, providers, businesses, churches, schools, local leaders, families, and people with lived experience around a shared goal: make care easier to find and more effective.

Substance use disorder, mental health concerns, poverty, housing instability, and trauma rarely exist alone. The initiative strengthens the whole ecosystem around a person so support can continue beyond a single appointment or program.

Measurable, human progress

Care designed around the whole person.

The initiative looks beyond a single diagnosis or immediate crisis. Personal strengths, social connections, cultural needs, housing, employment, hope, and access to care all matter.

By understanding those parts together, partners can tailor support, track meaningful progress, and keep working toward long-term recovery and resilience.
